FAQ's

Q: I can't seem to add some of the coins to my shopping cart. How do I purchase these coins?
A: Only Coins listed in the Coin Store are for sale.

Q: I want to purchase a Secretary of Defense or some other high ranking official coin.
A: MilitaryCoins.com only sells unit level coins. We do not sell personaly awarded coins. If you are interested in getting these coins there are some people in the trading area who trade these. We feel that selling them would lower the value of getting one. Be cautious when trading or buying these coins. There are some people who are having cheap copies made and selling and trading them for the real thing. The big ones that are currently being faked in large numbers are Chief of Staff of the Army, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army, Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense and Commandant of the Marince Corp. Only Coins listed in the Coin Store are for sale on MilitaryCoins.com.

Q: I want to have a coin made.
A: We have teamed up with Northwest Territorial Mint to provide the highest quality coins available. For more information click here.

Q: How much would it cost for MilitaryCoins.com to produce our coin?
A: MilitaryCoins.com feels that each coin is a custom job. Depending on the detail, size, colors, etc. coins can vary greatly in price. Contact us for a quote on your coin. We have on staff artists to assist you in the design process.

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: At this time we do not produce a catalog for our coin store. We try to stay strictly internet sales to keep our prices low.

Q: I am looking for a specific coin that was either lost, stolen or for some other reason gone.
A: Chances are we will not be able to help. There are thousands of coins out there and we only have access to a select few. If it is a coin we have access to we will list it in the Coin Store. If you wish to send us an e-mail asking it will be read but we will only respond if we are able to help.

Q: I have a coin and I want to find out it's history.
A: Chances are we will not be able to help. There are thousands of coins out there and we have no way of tracking the history of all of them.
